Board Meetings
Board meetings are regularly scheduled for the first Thursday of the month and have temporarily been changed to 5:30 p.m.. They are held in the conference room at 1560 Berger Drive, San Jose, CA 95112 and via Zoom. In response to COVID-19, the Board started conducting their meetings via Zoom in 2020, and although they have since returned to in-person meetings, they maintain a Zoom option to make it more convenient for members of the public to attend.
Information regarding in-person and virtual participation is included on the meeting agendas when they are posted.
Supporting documents for meetings are uploaded as they become available, with all documents scheduled to be posted online 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Please note that there may be occasions when documents are received after that timeframe, particularly those submitted by members of the public. In those cases, the documents will typically be posted as they are received.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you need assistance to participate in a meeting, please contact the District Clerk (see "Contact Us" in menu or sidebar). Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will better enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to meetings.
